COVID-19 Response Plan

Dear Clients,

Catawba Valley Animal Hospital is committed to the health of our clients, patients, and staff. The hospital remains open during our normal business hours to keep your pets happy and healthy. We continue to follow guidance and recommendations from the CDC, AVMA, and NCVMB on how best to care for your pets while keeping our clients, staff, and community safe.

In addition to enhancing our hospital’s disinfection policies, we have implemented the following to address related concerns:

  • Please call us when you arrive, and a staff member will come to your vehicle to transport your pet in for its examination or procedure. 
  • A doctor or staff member will call or come out to discuss your pet’s diagnostic and treatment plan options after examination.
  • We are also providing convenient curbside service for all your food and medication refills needs.
